The wire rope clip is mainly used for temporary connection of the steel wire rope, fixation of the rear hand rope when the steel wire rope is wound through the pulley group, and fixation of the cable wind rope head on the derrick. The casting process is commonly used in the market. However, due to some defects of natural process (air hole, crack, sand inclusion), the clamp should be used cautiously in special occasions such as humidity, acidity, alkalinity, impact frequency, etc. A forged steel wire rope clamp has been developed. Purpose of wire rope clip:
1、Casting clamps are commonly used for static bolting and rope pull wire fastening, such as power, communication lines, binding and fastening, etc.
Forged steel wire rope clamps are often used for lifting and bearing, such as various engineering hoisting machinery, metallurgical and mining equipment, port and railway loading and unloading, forestry machinery, power equipment, aviation and offshore, hoisting and traction rigging.
Stainless steel clips are used in marine fittings, chemical plants, radiation and other environments because of their corrosion resistance and not easy to rust.
2、 Features: with the same strength as steel wire rope, it is safe to use, beautiful in appearance and smooth in transition. The safety load of hoisting operation is large, it can resist impact load and has a long service life. Precautions for use of steel wire rope clamp: it shall not be used for a long time. It shall be inspected and scrapped regularly. It shall not be used repeatedly.
