KOREA company purchases non-standard stainless steel gaskets

The customer found our company through the official video website and sent an inquiry to purchase gaskets. The content was simple but sincere, the product requirements were detailed, the quantity was accurate, and the contact information was also left. I replied by asking where is this product used? How accurate is the product usage and dimensional tolerance? What about the material and surface? Have you purchased in China before? The customer's response was timely, but not comprehensive. I discussed with the customer every day, and the customer responded one by one. After 10 days of communication, I learned that this was a new project arrangement and a new product development. After studying with the technical department, I made a quotation to the customer, with a quantity of 3000 sets. The price was confirmed as OK at one time, but samples should be provided first. The customer agreed to pay the mold fee and sign a sample list contract. After a week of hard work, we received the mold fee from the customer, and we were reassured about production. However, considering cost control and the excellent technical skills of our engineers, we decided to directly arrange order production to shorten the total time for sample and order delivery. Finally, the product was approved once and the order was successfully completed.
