Clutch head screws were probably the first type of security screw ever developed for commercial use. They are designed to prevent items secured with them from being easily removed or opened and are popular because of their low cost and the fact that you don't need special screwdrivers to install them.
Just simply saw away and slot the one way screw using a high speed rotary tool with a cutoff wheel. This essentially turns your security screw into a flathead screw. Then you can remove the screw with a wide-blade Flathead screwdriver.
There are basically 3 options to consider when you need to remove these security screws: Use a special Clutch Head Removal Tool. Modify the screw head to create a screwdriver slot. Grip the screw head tightly using mole grips or similar.
