Zhuocheng Aluminum long reach rivets

Long length blind rivets are used in areas that have a thick grip range that goes beyond standard sizes. Used in insulation, roofing or other industrial extended grip, blind side applications.

For example, a size 45 rivet has a 4/32-inch body diameter and a 5/16-inch grip length. A size 68 rivet has a 6/32-inch body diameter and an 8/16-inch grip length. The rivet's length should equal the thickness of the fastened objects.

Most rivets have a grip range from a minimum to a maximum thickness that will provide an optimal joint. If the rivet is too long, the blind head won't bind tightly to the blind side of the material; too short, and the head may not form on the blind side at all.
