In 2017, a Spanish customer inquired about 1.4462 bolts, nylon nuts, and washers with various head shapes, which are used in seawater treatment equipment. Therefore, the materials have high anti-corrosion requirements and high hardness requirements, and the quantity is not large. We worked hard to find the corresponding material and constantly tried the cleaning time. If the cleaning time was too short, the material would be difficult to process and prone to cracking; if the cleaning time was too long, the material would easily deform. We have improved the production process many times, produced samples, and mass production will be carried out after the customer confirms that they are qualified. Especially at first, we used lathe processing to make nylon nuts, which were easy to crack and were relatively expensive. After many experiments, we adopted another processing method, which was to cold-form the blank first, and then lathe the washer surface. After continuous improvement, finally Success and all delivered. Although the first order was of mixed variety and small quantity, we went all out to meet the customer's needs. The customer was very satisfied, so we have continued our cooperation to this day. They established trust with us and placed new product orders every year with an increase in quantity. Later, they placed purchase orders of at least 30,000 euros for us every year.
