Italian glass accessories procurement

The customer sent us an inquiry from the Alibaba International platform. The product being inquired about was DIN7991 stainless steel countersunk head hexagon socket screws. After some communication, we learned that the customer was using glass accessories for Padel court. The products are countersunk head hexagon socket screws, flat washers, nylon glass bushings, nylon lock nuts and acrylic plates. We are mainly engaged in hardware products, but nylon glass bushings have never been made before. It is a new product for us, but through communication and discussion between the technical department and the production department, we are willing to help customers open molds and prototypes. For acrylic boards, the customer also knew that we did not produce them. Out of trust in us, the customer asked us to help him find a supplier. The customer only had an acrylic board sample and did not agree to send it to us. The mailing cost and time cost were high, so we that the customer measured the dimensions, and our technical department produced drawings for the customer to confirm, and then proofed the complete set of products and sent them to the customer. The customer was very satisfied after receiving it, and thanked us for our hard work and timeliness. The customer immediately placed an order to produce large quantities of goods for us. Although the order was not very large, the subsequent orders continued one after another.
