The wire rope ferrule is generally made of copper, aluminum and stainless steel, to prevent the head of the steel wire rope from being loose. After the steel wire rope is cut, put the ferrule on the head of the steel wire rope and use the press to squeeze the aluminum sleeve tightly, so that the head of the steel wire rope will not be loose. When using the steel wire rope buckle, tighten the U-bolt until the steel wire rope is flattened by about 1/3.
As the steel wire rope is deformed after being stressed, the rope clamp shall be tightened for the second time after the steel wire rope is stressed to ensure the stability of the joint. If it is necessary to check whether the rope clamp slides after the steel wire rope is stressed, it can be carried out by adding a safety rope clamp. The safety rope clamp shall be installed about 500mm away from the last rope clamp. The rope head shall be released for a section of safety bend and then clamped with the main rope. In this way, if the clamp slides, the safety bend will be straightened, so that it can be found at any time and reinforced in time.
The size of the clip shall be suitable for the thickness of the steel wire rope. The inner clear distance of the U-ring shall be 1 ~ 3mm larger than the diameter of the steel wire rope. The clear distance is too large to clamp the rope.
